Clyde Hatter

Clyde began his career as a technical writer, moving to the design and implementation of document authoring applications in the mid-90s. These included SGML-based, single-source multi-output solutions. He has worked on a variety of SGML- and XML-based publication systems in business sectors which include pharmaceutical, retailing and telecoms. More recently Clyde has managed the design and implementation of an XML-based system for the drafting, amendment and translation of primary legislation (bills and acts) in the Irish Parliament and has been heavily involved in Propylon’s US engagements.
